"We are humbled to receive this honor because it comes directly from our employees. Here at Candelen, our employees are one of our top priorities. Our team is the reason that we are able to provide the much needed services for children and families throughout Arizona. This honor means that we are succeeding in developing a culture where our team feels engaged, welcomed, and valued. As an employee at Candelen for almost 17 years, I'm proud to say that Candelen is a great place to work because it is an organization where employees can take risks and have the ability to pursue a variety of personal and professional growth opportunities. We would like to thank the Phoenix Business Journal for recognizing us as one of the 2020 Best Places to Work." - Dawn Henry, Candelen Human Resources Director
