After launching in Sarasota, Florida in 2003, the Siemer Institute grew to over 50 cities throughout the country under Rob's leadership.

I look forward to continuing to advance Candelen's mission. They already have an incredible foundation of hard-working, passionate employees whose expertise and dedication I am proud and humbled to build on. With a perpetual focus on innovation, iteration, and collaboration, I'm confident we will continue meeting children and families where they are with what they need to thrive.

Rob holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from Ohio Northern University.

Rob will assume his new role on April 10, 2023.
