Why did you become involved in this organization? 

I joined Candelen because I’ve seen firsthand the organization’s impact on early childhood education in Arizona. Having started my nonprofit career supporting the Quality First Coaching program, it feels like a full-circle moment to now contribute my HR expertise to an organization that continues to make a meaningful difference for children, families, and providers.
