Professional Development

Candelen Professional Development offers a wide range of topics that align with
the Arizona DHS ongoing training requirements and the Arizona Early Childhood
Workforce Registry Knowledge and Competencies. We use the Arizona Infant
and Toddler Developmental Guidelines, the Arizona Early Learning Standards,
and the Arizona Center for Afterschool Excellence Quality Standards, as well as
current research and published works to guide our course development.
