Once again, PBJ partnered with Quantum Workplace, which independently evaluated all nominees through anonymous, confidential employee engagement surveys.
The final 100 finalists were recognized at the 70's disco-themed 2022 Best Places to Work Awards Luncheon, held at the JW Marriott Phoenix Desert Ridge Resort & Spa on Thursday, December 8, 2022, after being placed into five company categories:

- Medium (100-249 employees)
- Large (250-999 employees)
- Extra Large (1,000+ employees)
